Welcome to Raising Resilience ONLINE
We are a social enterprise dedicated to supporting children, parents, and educators by providing accessible, science based resources and programs that promote mental health, emotional resilience, and wellbeing.
We believe in early intervention to build confidence, a shared language, and practical skills in promoting emotional wellbeing and mental health. As such, our key beneficiaries are primary school communities.
Children today face increasing pressures from academic demands, social challenges, and digital influences. Many lack the knowledge and skills to confidently face these challenges. There are growing rates of mental health challenges in children, long waiting lists for mental health services, increased pressure on schools to provide specialist support, and decreased parental confidence in addressing children's big emotions.
Our social enterprise exists to equip children and the adults around them with practical strategies to thrive.
- Improving pupils' ability to identify, express, and regulate emotions.
- Increasing pupils' resilience and confidence in navigating challenges.
- Creating a school environment where emotional wellbeing is prioritised.
- Equipping staff with practical tools to manage emotional wellbeing.
- Looking after staff wellbeing
- Enhancing understanding of emotional wellbeing strategies.
- Promoting greater confidence for in supporting children’s big emotions.
